一切眾生都不能永恆留存,皆會死亡。你難道不曾聽說,過去的人們已死亡了嗎?你難道不曾見過任何親戚死亡嗎?難道沒有留意到我們都會衰老嗎?即便如此,你仍舊不去修行佛法,反而將過去的悲慟悉皆遺忘;你不去懼怕未來的苦難,反而還輕忽下三道的痛苦。
你被一時的境遇所追獵,被二元執取的繩索所繋縛,欲望的河流將你耗盡,你身陷輪迴的網縵中,被成熟業果的牢固桎梏所禁錮 - 即使在佛法的潮水接近你時,你仍然攀執於散心消遣,而且總是這樣漫不經心。難道死亡不會發生在像你這樣的人身上嗎?我悲憫所有以此方式思維的有情眾生!
All beings are impermanent and will die. Haven't you heard about the people who died in the pass? Haven't you seen any of your relatives die? Don't you notice we grow old? And still, rather than practicing the Dharma, you forget about past grief. Rather than dreading future misery, you ignore the suffering of the lower realms.
Chased by temporary circumstances, tied by the rope of dualistic fixation, exhausted by the river of desire, caught in the web of Samaria existence, held captive by the right shackles of karmic ripening - even when the tidings or the Dharma reach you, you still cling to diversions and remain careless. Is it that dearth doesn't happen to people like you? I pity all sentient brings who think in this way!

已入寶島,莫空手而回;尋著無盡寶,莫僅是渴求而空俳徊!我們應趁着擁有船筏時,橫渡海洋。切莫白費這人身之船。現在就是將輪迴涅槃分開的時候了,要歡喜地努力修行!現在就是快樂和苦痛的分際點,莫要替自己製造任何悲劇不幸!現在就是離開高低起伏的道路的時候了,莫要跳進下三道的深淵中!
當下此刻,就好比百天之中的一頓飯而已,不要以為自己還有很多時間可以蹉跎!現在就是一刻懈怠,將會帶來長久持續果報的時候。要努力歡喜地修持!現在就是一年堅毅,換來未來多生快樂的時候,要持之以恆地修持佛法!
我心中總是對那些空手離開此生的眾生們,感到無限憐憫啊!
For those who have been into the treasure island, don't leave with empty-handed; Looking for the unlimited treasure, don't just hope and walking around without doing anything! We should use the paddle when we still have it, in order to crossing the ocean. Don't waste this precious human body. Now it is the time of the separation between Nirvana and Samsara, pay effort in practice with joy! Now is the fork between happiness and suffering, don't create any tragedy for oneself! Now is the time to leave this road with up and down, don't jump into the abyss in the three lower realms!
Present this moment, is like only one meal in one hundred days. Don't ever think we still have plenty of time can be wasted! Even just one moment of laziness now, will bring long lasting period of consequences. Must pay effort to practice with joy! Now, even though only a year of determination, will exchange lots of happiness in the future. Keep going and continuously in Dharma practice!
My heart has been pity and sad for those beings who leave this life with empty-hands!

蓮師說 :有很多人讓佛法修行流於膚淺。
耶喜措嘉佛母問:是如何?
上師說:只誦經卻沒有信心,是膚淺的。
沒有悲心的利他行為,是膚淺的。
不能免於吝嗇的布施行為,是膚淺的。
不持守三昧耶的密乘行者,是膚淺的。
不持戒的僧人,是膚淺的。
不修持佛法的博學多聞,是膚淺的。
不具有修行精髓的學佛,是膚淺的。
當一個人的言行不如法卻要教導他人,是膚淺的。
給別人建言,自己卻不那麼做,是膚淺的。
總之,我已厭倦去聽那些「博學」之人說法。他們的修行只是增添更多的煩惱,而不是調伏自心;任何他們所說的,只是表面之詞罷了。
Guru Rinpoche said, "A lot of people make Dharma become shallow."
Then Lady Yeshe Tsogal asked, "How is it?"
Guru Rinpoche said, "Only praying but without confidence is shallow.
No compassion and altruistic behavior is shallow.
Giving with mean behavior is shallow.
Tantric practitioner do not hold on Samaya is shallow.
Monk do not follow precepts is shallow.
Do not learn the Buddha teaching's knowledge is shallow.
To learn dharma without essence of practice is shallow.
When a person's words and deeds are not according to dharma, but to teach others is shallow.
To give suggestions to others, but not doing oneself is shallow.
After all, I am tired to listen those "knowledgeable" people to speak dharma. Their practice is just increasing more emotions, but not taming their own mind; whatever they say just words of shallow."

心就像是太陽,沒有任何無明黑暗的基礎;
心就像是蓮花,不受任何過失所垢染;
心就像是黃金,自身的本質是不會轉變的;
心就像是大海,是不移動的;
心就像是一條河,永不停息;
心就像是須彌山,是完全不變的。
Mind is like the sun, there is no basis of ignorance and darkness; Mind is like a lotus, without any dirt of fault; Mind is like gold, its own nature and it will not change; Mind is like the sea, it is not shifting; Mind is like a river, it runs constantly without stop or rest; Mind is like Mount Sumeru, is completely intact.

蓮師說:當修持佛法時,有從輪迴中解脫的方法。
佛母問:我們應該怎樣做?
上師說:若你想生起殊勝的虔誠心,要觀察上師的外、內美德。
若你想和每個人和睦相處,不要在利他的努力上躊躇不前。
若你想了悟上師之心,將他的口訣付諸實修。
若你想儘速證得成就,從不失去對三昧耶的持守。
若你想脫離生、老、病、死的四種洪流,要不斷地在再無生的總基上。
若你想修行上毫無障礙,要將世俗的分心拋諸腦後。
若你想不費力地成就利他,以慈無量、悲無量的菩提心來修心。
若你懼怕下一生落入下三道,就要在此生中捨棄十惡。
若你想專心在佛法上,在磨折和悲慘時,更要百折不撓地修行。
若你想遠離輪迴,在自心中尋找無上的正覺。
若你想證得三身的佛果,努力積聚兩種資糧。
若你能如此修行,將會獲得快樂。
不將心轉離輪迴的人,是不會快樂的。
Master Padmasambhava said : When practicing the Dharma, there are ways to be liberated from samsãra.
The lady Yeshe Tsogyal asked: What should we do?
The master said: If you wish to give rise to extraordinary devotion, observe the guru's outer and inner virtues. If you wish to act in harmony with everyone, do not falter in your efforts to benefit others. If you wish to realize the mind of the guru, put his oral instructions into practice. If you wish to attain the siddhis swiftly, never fail to keep your samayas. If you wish to be freed from the four floods of birth, old age, sickness, and death, be incessant in resolving the non-arising all ground. If you wish to be without obstacles in practice, cast worldly distractions behind you. If you wish to effortlessly accomplish the benefit of others, train your mind in the Bodhicitta of immeasurable love and compassion. If you dread going to the three lower realms in your next life, give up the ten un-virtuous actions in this lifetime. If you wish to have happiness in both this and future lifetimes, exert yourself in the ten virtuous actions. If you wish to engage your mind in the Dharma, persevere in your practice during hardship and misery. If you wish to turn away from samsãra, search for unexcelled enlightenment within your own mind. If you wish to achieve the fruition of the three kayas, exert yourself in gathering the two accumulations.
If you practice in this way, you will find happiness. People who have not turned their minds away from samsãra have no happiness.— 與 Jigmi D. Lepcha 。
