頂果欽哲仁波切法語

即使在同一剎那中,有無量的眾生向蓮花生大師祈請。他們每一位是如何祈請、誰在受苦、誰是安樂、他們修持的層次、祈請的內容,及那些祈請是否發自虔誠心。凡此種種,蓮師都了然於心,就像明鏡般清楚地呈現所有影像。

蓮師曾云 : 「唯有虔信,我即立彼面前」

Even in the same moment, there are immeasurable beings praying to Guru Padmasambhava. How they pray (each and everyone of them), who suffer, who is well-being, their level of practice, the content of prayer, and if the prayer is devoted from their inner heart. All these, Guru Rinpoche knows well in his mind, like a mirror clearly show all images.

Guru Rinpoche has said: "Only the one with devotion, I am there in front of him/her immediately."

沒有哪樣東西是恆常的。生者必死,聚者必散,積者必竭,立者必倒,高者必墮。除了這種無常,人生還有什麼呢?

很多人會說,我懂 “無常”,但誰會真的體悟 “無常” 的真義?問自己一個問題:我是否每一刻都記得我正步向死亡?回答如果是肯定的,你就真正理解 “無常” 的真理了。

There is nothing in this world which is permanent. The one who is alive will die, whom has gathering together will separate, rich will become poor, one who stand will collapse, who in high position will fall. Besides of Impermanence, what else is there in life?

Many people will say, I understand "Impermanence", but who really understand the true meaning of it? Ask yourself one question; Do I remember every moment, that I am walking closely to death ? If the answer is yes, you really understand the truth meaning of Impermanence.

不要認為:佛是完全證悟者,觀世音菩薩是悲心的化身,如我這般的凡夫如何助人?

不要氣餒,當你的發心愈來愈廣大,行善能力也將隨之擴展。現在你可能沒有像觀世音菩薩那樣的本領,但開展的方式就是修習佛法。如果你不斷發願利益他人,真正實現的能力自會顯現,就像水往山下流一般自然。

Do not think in this way : Buddha is fully enlightened person, Chenrezig is the embodiment of compassion, as I am just an ordinary people, how could I help others? 

Don't be discouraged, when your wish for benefit others become bigger and wider. So do your capabilities in doing good deeds will expand. Now you may not have the power like Chenrezig, but to carry on is the way of dharma practice. If you keep going make the wish for benefit others, the real power of helping others will naturally appear, as water flows down from the hill.

佛陀開示的全部重點就是要讓我們主宰自己的心。如果我們能夠主宰自己的心,就能夠主宰我們的身體和語言,如此我們和他人的痛苦就得以結束。

但是如果我們的心充滿負面情緒,就算我們身體的行為和我們所說出來的話語多麼完美,我們都已經遠離了正道。 

Buddha's teaching were mainly focus on how to control our own mind. If we can dominate our mind, we can control our body and language, so we and others suffering could we be ended. 

However, if our mind were full of negative emotions, even though how prefect the behavior of our body acts, and the words we speak, we have been away from the right path.

觀修死亡和輪迴的痛苦,你將不會想要把任何時間浪費在毫無意義、令人分心的事物之上。例如努力致富、擊敗敵人,或把人生投注在保護和促進你所執著的人的利益之上。你將只想修持佛法。

一個臥床的病人只想恢復健康,不希望一直生病。同樣的,一個渴望脫離輪迴的修行者,將善用所有能夠達到這個目標的方法;例如皈依、生起為了其他眾生而獲得證悟的菩提心、行善等,並時時懷著從輪迴中解脫的堅定決心。

Mediate the pain of death and reincarnation, so you will not 
want to waste any time in meaningless and distracting things. For example, pay effort to be rich, to defeat the enemy, or bet your life on protecting and enhance the benefits for the people you are attached with. All you want is dharma practice. 

Just like a patient lying on his bed for long time, all he wants is recover and don't want to suffer from illness anymore. Similarly, a practitioner who urge to be free from samsara, he will use all means to achieve this goal; such as take refuge, raise Bodhicitta for the sake of other beings until enlightenment, doing good deeds, etc., and always embrace with the determination of liberated from samsara.

慈心即是願一切眾生皆得安樂及樂因,無有遺漏。慈心具有不可思議之特質;如果我們的生命中已深具慈心,我們便會自然的去利益他人。同時,也沒有任何邪惡的影響力能夠傷害我們。因為慈心是抵抗負面力量最具權威的武器。

Compassion is wishing all sentient beings will be happy and have the cause of happiness, without anyone being missed. Compassion has incredible characteristics; if our life has deep compassion, we will naturally go to benefit others, also no evil influence can hurt us. Because compassion is the most powerful weapon to resist negative forces.

臨命終時,只有善、惡的業果隨行,也唯有佛法能保護我們。如果我們現在忽視佛法,深陷在日常生活狹隘的俗務中,必然會被煩惱牽著鼻子走,不斷累積業債。沒有了佛法,我們將徹底無助。與其專務俗事,我們難道不該在此刻就盡可能地修行嗎? 

When life is ending, only good and evil karma will follow us, and only Dharma can protect us. If we ignore Dharma, deep in our narrow daily lives and business, we will bound to be led by emotions, and accumulate negative karma constantly. Without Dharma, we will be completely helpless. Despite of busy in daily lives, why don't we try our best to practice dharma as mush as we can now?

如果你跟隨末法時期大多數人的樣子,結果就只是像他們一樣成了欺騙專家。你會浪費生命在追逐得不到的事物上。你會像忙於玩耍而忘了饑寒的孩童般,不知是日將盡,直到天黑才突然想起媽媽而開始哭號。

If you follow most of the people in the de-generation, result is just like them, become a experts of deception. You will waste your life to pursuit things you could not have. You will so busy in playing but forget hunger like a child, do not know the day is ending, until the sun goes dow and become dark, suddenly remember mother and began to cry.

上師是一切佛平等的化身。與他有任何聯繫,無論是通過見到他、聽到他的聲音、記起他或是觸碰到他的手,都會引領我們走向解脫。對上師有全然的信心,是以肯定的方式達致證悟。他溫暖的智慧與慈悲,會融化我們的核心,並釋放我們內在如黃金一般的佛性。

The guru is the equal of all the buddhas. To make any connection with him, whether through seeing him, hearing his voice, remembering him or being touched by this his hand, will lead us toward liberation. To have full confidence in him is the sure way to progress toward enlightenment. The warmth of his wisdom and compassion will melt the ore of our being and release the gold of the buddha-nature within.

在輪迴中打滾到底有何好處?輪迴中的諸事不斷遽變,百萬富翁變乞丐,乞丐變百萬富翁。不論發生什麼事,人們永遠不會滿足;如果賺到一百萬,就想賺兩百萬,如果賺了兩百萬,就想賺三百萬。如此你怎麼會滿足?

只有一件事你應該永遠感到不足,那就是你的修法。要像一隻饑餓的蠻牛吃草一般,永遠凝視前方,看那裏可以找到更多青草。照此方式修行,就不會失望。

What is the benefits drifting within samsara? Everything in samsara are rapid changing constantly. Millionaires become beggars, beggars become millionaires. No matter what happens, people are never satisfied; if someone earns a million, he wants to make two millions, if he earns two millions, he wants to make three millions. So how could you being satisfied?

Just only one thing you should never feel satisfy, and that is your Dharma practice. Should be like a hungry bull eating grass, always staring ahead, always looking for where you can find more grass. Do the same way in practice, then will not be disappointed.

為何我們必須不斷反覆思維無常?這是因為我們具有強烈的傾向,認為自己與身處的情況都將恆常持續,以為這些事物具有內在的恆常性。我們因而對外相生起強烈的執著。這是錯誤的。相反地,若我們能不斷恩維無常,我們就有強烈的動機,轉心向法。

我們必須清醒地知道,從我們誕生的那一刻開始,就越來越接近死亡。死亡無可避免。隨著每日過去,壽命就會減少。當死亡降臨,就算我們再有權勢,也無法說服它等我們一刻。即使我們再富有,也無法賄賂它。最強大的將軍也無法派遣軍隊來抵抗它。即使我們面容姣好,也無法誘惑它。不論我們做甚麼,都無法阻止死亡。

我們非常重視「我」、「我自己」的概念。接着又把範圍擴及「我的」身體、「我的」心、「我的」父親、「我的」母親、「我的」兄弟、「我的」姊妹、「我的」朋友這些念頭之上。我們忽略了「他人」的概念。或許我們真的對乞丐很慷慨,分送食物給需要的人,但事實上,我們對他們的關心,不如對自己的關心。

當我們能夠關心他人,一如關心自己。能夠忽略自己,一如忽略他人,我們將覺醒。即使我們必須停留在六道輪迴之中,我們也能夠遠離悲苦。

「有一個恆久的自我」的想法,讓你在過去無數個生世之中,無助地在輪迴的下三道中流浪。此時此刻,正是這個想法阻止你去讓自己和他人從輪迴中解脫。

如果能夠放下那個「我」的念頭,你會發現,讓自己解脫是很容易,去解脫他人也是很容易的。如果今天你克服「有一個真實存在的自我」的信念,今天將獲致證悟。如果你明天克服這個信念,明天就會獲致證悟。但如果永遠沒有克服這個信念,你將永遠無法將獲致證悟。

如果你看見某人正在做一些負面的事情,那麼思量他正在為自己所積聚的痛苦。祈願他負面行為的業果由你來承擔,使他免於墮入下三道,並且把你行善的業果回向他。如此修行也有於根除「有一個真實存在的自我」的信念。

因為終究來說,你真正的敵人不是某些殘酷無情、有權有勢的人,或某些兇殘的掠奪者,或鐵石心腸的競爭對手;這些人不斷搔擾你,奪走你的一切,或用法律訴訟來威脅你。然而,你真正的敵人,是你相信有一個「自我」。
如果有人誹謗你、貶損你,那僅僅是你在過去批評、侮辱其他人,尤其是批評侮辱菩薩的結果。與其對這種人感到憤怒,相反的,你應該感謝他們給予你機會來清淨過去的錯誤行為。重要的是,在所有的情況下,你都要如實地依照教法來行止。尤其是在這種情況之下。如果你不應用教法,那麼領受教法有什麼意義?遭遇逆緣是你把教法付諸實修的最佳機會。

If someone libeling and disparaging you, it is only because you had criticized and insult others in the past, especially it is the result of criticized and insulted to Bodhisattva. Instead of feeling angry to these people, you should thank them for giving you the opportunity to clear your mistaken behaviors in the past. Most important is, no matter under what kind of circumstances, you have to apply Buddha's teachings to your behavior. Especially in these circumstances. If you do not apply Buddha's teachings in your life, so what is the use of received Buddha's teaching? Encounter obstacle is the best opportunity for you to practice Dharma.

我們必須生為人身,因為這是唯一具有足夠痛苦、讓我們強烈希望立即脫離輪迴、但又不至於太過痛苦到不再有機會修法,以求出離的狀態。

若我們一一檢視六道輪迴,可以得知,除了人道之外,其餘眾生修法的障礙實在太大。在下三道如地獄道,其痛苦強烈到眾生之心沒有機會思維法教;在天道,眾生皆能夠飛於天上,飲用甘露,享受各種愉悅美饌。這種因緣似乎更好,但因為這些眾生的心完全被那些誘惑所擾,而且痛苦極微,他們對於輪迴並不厭倦,因此也從未想要修法。
所以,如果我們不善用人身之殊勝機會,便會像滾石落下山坡般,毫無選擇地向下墮落。


是「心」讓我們在輪廻裏徘徊流轉;是「心」不斷地產生貪、嗔、癡、慢、疑五毒;心必須為遍佈三界的妄念負責。與其讓這個愛惹麻煩的猴子心性恣意地糟蹋我們,不如持續細察自己的過失,只要惡念一生起,就採取適當的方法來對治它。舉例來說,增長無私來對治貪愛;增長慈愛來對治嗔恨;思惟「十二因緣」如何造成輪回來對治愚癡。

我們執著於自己的程度,讓我們幾乎從來不去想他人的福祗。事實上,我們對他人的興趣不比老虎對吃草的興趣大。這和菩薩的觀點完全相反。「自我」事實上不過是一個意念的塑造;當我們了解到,所執著的對象,以及執著的心都是空的。我們很容易就可以看到他人和我們自己沒有什麽兩樣。

我們通常照顧自己所費的心思,就是菩薩照顧他人所費的心思。菩薩如果認為投身地獄的火海可以幫助眾生,他就會毫無猶豫的這麽去做,就像是天鵝飛入涼爽的湖泊一樣。
